This role will be responsible for ensure all store standards relating to food production and customer service are adhered to on shift. This role will also assist in ensuring all menu builds, cash control and safety procedures are adhered to while on shift. The Shift Leader will provide outstanding customer service while complying with all company standards, ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to maintain company culture. This has the potential to be a development role to grow to the next level. Help support the management team in driving the team to be guest focused by focusing on the following behaviors: Be Fun.
