Full Time Weekday Openers/Shift Leaders/Manager
SHIFT LEADER FULL-TIME WEEKDAY OPENERS: If you like to smile, take care of customers, take charge, get to know regular customers, love ice cream, and have an eye for details and an magnetic pull that makes you just want to clean and organize everything so it looks nice, this job is for you. You must be 18+ years old and available to open Monday-Friday. Hours vary with the season and require being at work about 2 hours before we open until 5:30 PM. Management experience a plus. Looking for energetic, upbeat, curious, positive and assertive applicants who smile a lot. Must be able to lead and clean. Must be able to maintain great customer service and Izzy’s hospitality. Responsible for tasks during the shift: managing money, managing the scooper/ ice cream crew, ice cream pick-ups, training, cleaning and operations of the shop. Openers are in charge of inventory and preparing the shop for the night closers. Looking for applicants interested in making a 16 month commitment and who want to work exclusively at Izzy’s. Starting out as a scooper is also an excellent way to work your way up to a shift leader position. Hiring for Minneapolis and St. Paul locations. Rate depends on management experience. Requirements
Need to 18+ years old. Must be available Monday - Friday during daytime hours. Must be able to lift 50 lbs at one time. (Lift tubs of ice cream). Management experience a plus. College degree a plus.
