Responsibilities For Restaurant Shift Lead / Assistant Manager

• Maintaining quality of product
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards)
• Preparation of products
• Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels
• Preparing/making/transporting deposits, preparing proposed labor schedules, product projections
• Training and motivating team members
• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
• Monitoring all service of equipment

The Restaurant Shift Lead / Assistant Manager ideal candidate must:

• Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction - recognize that the customer is
• Be a team player
• Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of your restaurant
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Recognize that Attendance and Punctuality is a must
• Possess basic Math skills
• Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
• Complete training certification
• Be able to operate computer systems.
