Job Description
Job Summary


cGMP Consulting is looking for a highly-capable SharePoint administrator to manage client SharePoint environment. This individual will configure the clients' SharePoint platform, add document libraries and develop shared storage space and backup procedures. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, overseeing the SharePoint and analyze activity.


Responsibilities


  • Customize SharePoint site for client purposes.
  • Ensure sufficient storage space by performing cleanups and archiving data.
  • Provide SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Review usage and activity reports and make adjustments to ensure optimized user experience.
  • Keep up to date with SharePoint developments and perform version updates and upgrades.
  • Perform data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Add users, control access to document libraries and setting permissions.
  • Perform maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers and intranet.


Requirements


  • 0-3 years' of applicable SharePoint experience in a cGMP manufacturing facility.
  • Demonstrate specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 4-year degree in a Information Technology or Computer Science field of study
