Responsibilities:

• Greets customers promptly
• Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Obtains customer and vehicle information
• Verify and document customer concerns
• Establishes follow-up time
• Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
• Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Verify that final invoices reconcile with work performed on the repair order
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Explains all completed work and charges to customer
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
