Job Description
Seaux Recruit is looking for a Full Time experienced Service Technician who has experience in commercial kitchen or refrigeration repair. In this role, the Service Technician will partner with hospitality managers to provide solutions for commercial food service equipment.


Responsibilities


  • Ability to utilize troubleshooting skills and read diagrams and schematics
  • Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment
  • Follow safety and accident prevention protocols
  • Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with troubleshooting and service solutions
  • Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory
  • Ensure proper organization of accurate parts, tool inventory, and service vehicle
  • Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy
  • Help with diagnoses and parts identification
  • Ability to maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards


Requirements


  • Commercial/Residential HVAC or military service repair experience considered
  • Universal EPA License or CFESA Certification preferred
  • Full Time, Day Shift with Rotational on call flexibility
  • 1 year of experience in commercial kitchen or refrigeration repair
