$100,000 - $175,000 a year

Responsibilities
  • High level of aptitude for correctly repairing sensors, computer issues, electronics, timing, & A/C repair
  • Broad knowledge of how vehicles’ complex components work and interact
  • Common repairs include but are not limited to suspension work, brakes, radiators, tune-ups, & other basic repairs
  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
  • Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
  • Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Service Technician/Mechanic experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Technician Certification required
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
