Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician based out of Lancaster, TX. This position will be in the field and service stores in the Dallas and Fort Worth area.

General Responsibilities
  • Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
  • Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
  • Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
  • Working well independently with little or no supervision

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Schedule: Five (5) days a week, including weekend days
  • Travel is required (25%)
  • Holiday and weekend availability required
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required

  • This person’s territory will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area; Preferred if individual lives in close proximity to the area
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)

Qualifications
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs
  • Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
  • "Soda Fountain" and trade school experience is a plus
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
  • Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
