Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Vacation: All regular full-time employees receive paid vacation according to the following schedule:

• 25 + years of service = 160 hours of vacation
• 1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation
• 7 – 24 years of service = 120 hours of vacation
• 2 – 6 years of service = 80 hours of vacation

Paid Sick: Sick leave pay is available to employees in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Service Porter subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Service Porter hourly pay $20-$23. Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean the floors
• Wash customer vehicles.
• Drive the vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
• Delivery/pickup of customers and sublet vehicles.
• Check in new cars, inspect for transportation damage and install stock number tags and ADM stickers.
• Clean ashtrays/grounds surrounding buildings.
• Clean customer lounge and restock refreshments
• Install seat covers and floor mats while the vehicle is in the service drive.
• Empties/Readies used containers/fluid for recycling.
• Maintain cardboard discarded at rear of building.

Qualifications

• Speak, read and write English.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
