Service Coordinator Jobs

Handling of all client communication for leak calls, annual maintenance requests etc (property managers, consultants, business owners, GAF warranty)
Scheduling of the crews for all leak investigations service repairs and annual maintenance contracts, working in conjunction with office staff to ensure calendar is accurate.
Communicate all investigation findings back to the clients and homeowners and do service billing
