Service Admin Jobs

What You'll Do

• New Unit Check in: Check in new units and complete DAF forms Customer service updates
• Assisting in customer follow up
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
• Data Entry: diving into internal and external RO’s and inputting notes/contact updates and pictures. Communicating when items are missing with advisors and technicians, centralized warranty and parts
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Work at service counter as service receptionist assisting in overflow of calls, reaching out to extended warranty companies and insurance companies

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
• Experience in event coordination
• High School Diploma or GED
• An awesome attitude!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Neat, clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
