Young Joni is looking for talented servers!

Young Joni is a critically-acclaimed restaurant from the people behind other Twin Cities favorites Pizzeria Lola, Hello Pizza, and Sooki & Mimi. Our menu focuses on artisan pizzas and shareable plates, all cooked by wood-fired ovens and a wood-burning grill. Our dining room is vibrant and grand, yet intimate; it offers a beautiful backdrop for servers to craft unique experiences for guests.

Major Responsibilities

• Engaging with your team members and guests to create memorable dining experience
• Collaborating with team members on a variety of pertinent subjects with a commitment to compassion, well-being & growth
• Creating a safe, welcoming environment for your team and all who come in our doors
• Serving craft food and beverage to our guests

What we are looking for:

• Passion for providing genuine hospitality
• Ability to maintain consistency and superior quality in a high volume environment
• Saturday and Sunday availability
• 2+ years of experience as a server a plus
• Wine and cocktail knowledge a plus (we provide on-going education and training)
• People that are collaborative, patient, and open to possibilities
