Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.

Job Duties:

● Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
● Process customer bills or payments.
● Create drink recipes.
● Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
● Collect money for drinks served.
● Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
● Ask customers who become loud and obnoxious to leave, or physically remove them.
● Enforce rules or regulations.
● Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
● Balance receipts.

Requirements:

● High School diploma Preferred
● 3 months to 1 year of Related Experience
