Responsibilities

• Working closely with digital marketers to align SEM and SEO strategies
• Analyzing program effectiveness and using the data to recommend content enhancements and optimize digital programs
• A deep understanding of key performance metrics and how to manipulate marketing efforts to maximize impact
• Driving website traffic which converts to sales pipeline
• Determining the correct mix of digital channels for both always-on and campaign-specific programs
• Statistics to reduce wasted ad spend and increase search engine ranking

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to forge highly collaborative cross-business unit and cross-functional relationships with both peers and executive stakeholders
• 5+ years' work experience in digital marketing/advertising, content marketing, or related field
• Experience in Ecommerce or Retail Industry
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to take direction from more than one leader, work independently or as part of a team, and manage multiple project elements at the same time
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center
• Keen interest in sport/fitness related lifestyle (CrossFit, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman etc.)
• Superior project management skills; execution-focused and able to drive complex projects to completion; detail-oriented with strong time management skills
