Opportunity to:

• Develop robust models for biological applications and multi-omics datasets.
• Collaborate within a diverse and interdisciplinary R&D department and team.
• Develop and maintain DL and ML predictive models that are core to the identification of compounds modulating disease states.
• Develop & maintain predictive models to identify drug candidates.
• Develop and utilize machine learning and deep learning in meaningful and impactful ways.

Prerequisites:

• Drug discovery experience.
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining deep learning and machine learning models specifically for biological applications.
• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in Python
• Experience developing best data practices for NGS data (single cell preferred)
