Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions using Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, business processes, and data analysis.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, including but not limited to workflows, process automation, custom objects, validation rules, and user roles/profiles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Salesforce and other business systems, such as ERP or marketing automation tools.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify system limitations and propose feasible solutions to address those gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to drive business efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct system testing, and support user UAT to ensure quality assurance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and proactively suggest and implement optimizations.
  • Provide end-user training and support, including creating documentation and delivering training sessions to enable users to maximize the benefits of Salesforce CRM.
  • Document and maintain detailed system documentation, including process flows, data models, configuration changes, and user guides.


Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including but not limited to workflows, process automation, data management, security, and reporting.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools, as well as data analysis and validation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, and conducting gap analysis.
  • Good to have experience with Salesforce Field Service or CPQ but optional.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
