And our client, an excellent investment firm, is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Execute and migrate existing workloads to the cloud.
• Build cloud-native applications that align with best practices.
• Mentor IT team members.
• Develop and improve vendor and proprietary applications that support CRM, website, and marketing analytics.
• Work closely with relationship managers, marketing managers, and senior management to align program focus and prioritization.
• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure engineering teams to ensure software solutions have high scalability and resiliency.
• Drive full stack software development efforts aimed at providing our Client Services teams with robust analysis, reporting, sales tools and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute significantly to designing future sales and marketing applications.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of core AWS services.
• Experience with public cloud implementation and services.
• Domain knowledge of financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, and CICD tools is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and work on any application in the team's portfolio.
• 7+ years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with Python.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is desirable.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Oracle DB, MS SQL, Snowflake, SingleStore, or Denodo.
• Full-stack development skills: Angular front-end, APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with all aspects of application development lifecycle.
