Senior Project Manager - Remote, Nationwide

The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager works as a strategic partner with stakeholders aligning overall project to company goals and outcomes by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and efficiency opportunities. This position will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project or initiative; monitors progress and performance against the plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

Responsibilities:

• Determines and develop appropriate project documentation
• Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project.
• Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project teams to meet project targets and milestones.
• Communicates with other business operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
• Prepares designs and work specifications; develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability anticipating upstream and downstream impacts and making recommendations that drive business outcomes
• Proven ability to determine, develop and maintain project documentation
• 5+ years of business project management experience leading/owning projects among cross functional areas
• Must be able to work eastern standard time core business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management, Six Sigma or Agile Certifications
• Bachelor or advanced degree
• Competence in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
• Project management experience in healthcare services or clinical programs

Additional Information

Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
