  • Ensure all impacted partners are involved and effectively interact with agency/vendor/business partners. Communicate expectations, share information, and hold partners accountable
  • Effectively present and communicate project delivery strategies, statuses, risks and key decisions within project teams and with Senior Management on a regular basis. Balance multiple projects to Critical Path, providing regular Milestone updates and Risk Assessments to Stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
  • Provide guidance to product teams on agile ceremonies, best practices, and implementation
  • Assist in new process creation and roll out
  • Starting right from project Discovery, document project scope, high-level solutions, and business requirements, and working with IT resources, gather detailed requirements and define detailed implementation plans

You'll have...

  • 4 + years of experience working in an agile development-based environment with decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
  • 6 + years of project management experience working in a fast-paced, environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience

Even better, you may have...

  • Ability to work both independently and multi-functionally to achieve desired results
  • Scrum Master or formal training in an agile delivery model
  • Demonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Understanding of ecommerce standard processes
  • Understanding of capacity-based planning
  • PMP certification

As a result, Ford has made the decision to require U.S. salaried employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless employees require an accommodation for religious or medical reasons. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. As a condition of employment, newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption. (As of June 19, 2023, we are no longer requiring a COVID-19 vaccination).
