Your Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to develop and execute a growth product roadmap.
  • Own product roadmap for platform level capabilities to accelerate the impact of growth related experiments
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the Product Management team, ensuring that user feedback and needs are at the core of our product development process.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Define key input and output metrics to measure the success of retention initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience.
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of initiatives aimed at improving user activation, retention, engagement, and lifetime value for our marketplace.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong expertise in growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive product vision, and execute on product roadmaps.
  • Is highly collaborative and enjoys working in partnership with many areas to identify goals and work together to achieve them.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in building platform level capabilities
  • Has grit and acute ownership: This role has General Manager-like aspects. We take pride in driving outcomes and optimizing end-to-end experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $180,000.00-$200,000.00. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program
