Job Description
Must- Haves


  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Hand on experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Category experience is a must and will travel and go into the office 3 days a week.
  • Sourcing strategy experience
  • Strategic Procurement background


Responsibilities


  • Providing analysis, category, and supply market expertise and knowledge to develop category strategies and performance, relationship management, analyzing and interpreting spending data to inform category planning and sourcing strategy development.
  • Implementing and managing supplier performance management processes with strategic suppliers.
  • A significant amount of category spending is undertaken by the North American business, and it is a key territory for growth in the coming years. Supporting the Head of Category in developing category strategy and planning activities, taking ownership of several key elements of the category's objectives.
  • Provide support to the Internal Combustion Engines global category from our client's North American base in New Iberia, Louisiana.
