We’re growing rapidly and searching for a Retail Programming Senior Manager to supervise programming conceptualization, execution and reflection for retail locations. This role is accountable for overseeing seamless programming that brings an authentic DraftKings experience to our current and future retail locations. This role will translate vision to direction by partnering with internal stakeholders to drive their business initiatives forward while generating value to our properties. Sound good to you? What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Retail Programming:


  • Work with internal teams in bringing their needs to life through onsite execution that delivers against their desired goals and supports business to the property.
  • Synthesize performance into compelling insights to drive continuous improvement. Communicate desired evaluations to analytics teams in order to optimize & evolve future planning.
  • Execute A/B testing and new strategies to grow and strengthen the program.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution of property tentpole moments ensuring internal and external partners (VIP, loyalty brand partnerships, content, compliance) have the context, tools, and direction necessary to deliver a successful program.
  • Develop always on & tentpole programming for retail restaurants & sportsbooks that drive traffic to the property. Deliver a first class experience that generates repeat visitors, converts users to DraftKings products, and drives strong brand sentiment.
  • Explore innovative ways to differentiate our location from competitors through onsite programming. Continuously scope competitive locations and take in learnings that will level up our properties.
  • Drive programming that has regulatory oversight. Interpret state laws at a high level (what types of promos we can/can't offer, what markets we can/can't offer, etc).


What you’ll bring:


  • Strong people management skills - ability to lead with empathy and passion.
  • Very strong project management & time management skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with restaurant or retail storefront property programming is required. Sports gaming knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to execute plans swiftly while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Maximum flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) and frequent travel required.
  • A passion for generating a seamless customer experience while understanding the needs and behaviors that influence those experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous projects and manage laterally & upwards.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, ownership mentality, and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive collaborative partner and teammate; with a high level of initiative and ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups internally and externally.
  • An eye on identifying areas of opportunity/differentiators and creatively concepts ideas against property goals.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a particular focus on restaurant & retail establishment experiences that drive repeat user behavior.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000.00 - $189,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
