As sr manager, Global Business Services Operations in the Enterprise Transformation and Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for…


Planning & Execution


  • Building and maintaining best in class program and project management capabilities.
  • Managing rhythm of the business, developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
  • Working closely with business unit leaders to drive annual strategic and financial planning process, developing and implementing business cadence, and helping to execute priorities across the organization.


Leadership


  • Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business and customer results.
  • Influencing multiple and varied stakeholders at various levels across the organization to align with the business direction.


Business Operations


  • Providing functional process knowledge, expertise process assessment, development and refinement, and shepherding the execution of multiple functional responsibilities.
  • Providing guidance and direction to business unit leaders to ensure coordination of communications processes and understanding of key issues and strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with peer group and senior leadership both inside and outside of the team to ensure strong cross functional collaboration and connection.


We’d Love To Hear From People With


  • Financial and statistical understanding
  • Ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective manner
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ years in general management, project management, or strategic planning
  • Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management skills
