Senior Jira Administrator Jobs

Required Skills: • At least 6+years of experience into Jira System Administration. • Strong Installing and configuring plugins (including custom) and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations. • Experience in Designing custom JIRA workflow for different issue types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers, and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows. • Experience in Developing JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA. • Experience in Creating JIRA projects, queries, and reports. • Understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/AWS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java) • Experience with Unix/Linux environment. • Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins. • Demonstrate experiences with Database, SQL etc. • Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.) • Working knowledge on Scrum /Agile methodologies and ITSM support framework. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
