Job Description
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst for Third Party Partnerships which supports the Technology Evaluation Management function. This includes the validation, review, tracking, remediation management, termination, and transition management related to third party service providers which present a technology or information security risk to Wells Fargo. This individual will be responsible for analyzing third party responses to our best practice questionnaire to identify unfavorable responses. It is expected that this person will partner with Information Security domain owners to identify mitigating controls and coordinate remediation strategies with the third party to reduce risk to Wells Fargo.
In This Role, You Will
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Review assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
  • Identify and direct information asset portfolio reconciliations and certifications
  • Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
  • Draft and propose control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required
  • Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
  • Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards
  • Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes, and standards
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Vendor management or /third party service provider relationship management experience
  • Strong understanding of vendor management principles and practices
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues
  • Familiarity with third-party risk regulatory requirements and industry practices
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a team environment
  • Problem resolution abilities
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in one or more functional areas: Technology, Vendor Management, Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Project Management, or Business Operations
  • Prior experience within IT department and knowledge of IT products/services
Pay Range
$100,800.00 - $179,200.00 Annual
