SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Content Producer creates, edits, shoots, writes and otherwise procures and publishes content and copy for a variety of the company’s digital platforms. With Social media content creation primary, the role also supports content development for all platforms.

JOB DUTIES
  • Procure top-performing user generated content (UGC) to leverage the company brand equity and 3rd party affinity to create energy moments for the brand.
  • Align content strategy with seasonal marketing plans & go-to market (GTM) plan for new products.
  • Accountable for pro-actively working with Product Managers, Marketing team and eCommerce team on key product and specialty product campaign promotion and integration through the use of project coordination and management skills.
  • Create static and video social media content that engages the company’s current audience and attracts new audiences.
  • Develop and lead campaign and non-campaign content strategies.
  • Lead multi-channel content integration and own a stake in the Marketing operational calendar (content aligned with web, public relations (PR) and blog posts)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Create new and inspiring content to drive growth and loyalty to the company brand.
  • Maintain and plan blog publishing calendar.
  • Responsible for internal content production projects as assigned (sales meetings, key presentations, videos) from plan development through execution and content production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of building and sizing content and assets for social media and mobile optimization
  • Five (5) years creating video and static assets for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification in Digital Marketing, Video Production, Communications, or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in social audience growth tactics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Seven years’ (7) experience creating video and static assets for social media and other digital platforms.
