Senior Data Governance Analyst

Summary: A top international global investment banking firm is looking to add talent to their Data Governance office. This role will be responsible for regulatory data testing and sit on the second line of defense. This role is accountable for the managing data risk as it relates to the firm's objectives.

Location: Raleigh / Durham, North Carolina

Responsibilities:

• Interact with key stakeholders across many teams to help gather information necessary for data testing.
• Complete analysis and scoping activities to support data quality assurance testing.
• Maintain data quality testing process documents, raw data, results, and communications.

Qualifications:

• Experience working across teams - strong collaborator
• 3-5 years of relative experience with data analyst, data testing, or assurance in banking
• Exceptional communication skills: high-level written, presentation, and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other relative category
