The Role And What You’ll Do


The Senior Coordinator, Product Business Operations primarily responsible for leading business operations and process management for the Olympic & Paralympic Product teams. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Manager and other team members across the product teams to develop and manage consistent processes related to business operations. This position will also focus and own special projects with clear deliverables that enhance the efficiency and overall production of the team related to product development, sales, inventory management, event operations, guest services and more.


  • Establish and maintain working knowledge of Inventory Management System(s) and 3rd party systems in support of overall project management.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to resolve internal and external issues regarding workflow process and business operations.
  • Conduct necessary project research on business and market trends to apply to process documentation and implementation
  • Provide issue resolution as it relates to project management, workflow processes and business operations for product teams to utilize.
  • Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.
  • Ensure that all Olympic Product team members are using the identified resources and following identified workflow and processes accordingly
  • Coordinate project plans for Olympic product team members to ensure accuracy and efficient in product and operations development and management
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Develop documentation and presentations for operational accountability (e.g., SLAs, version control documentation, dashboards, progress tracking) for the Product team and share best practices across other workstreams.
  • Identify, understand, and remove roadblocks.
  • Implement and maintain workflow processes for Product team that establish efficiencies, organization and clear communication between product team and functional areas.
  • Implement new process development by analyzing current processes and communication needs, then identifying and communicating opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity.


You Have These


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Operations, Sport Management or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Experience in project management and/or business operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent situational analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with multiple technology and software platforms, including but not limited to Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and other digital collaboration systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills


Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel <5%.
