Job Summary And Qualifications

The Senior Collections Analyst is responsible for expediting the resolution of claim processing delays.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Proactively utilize payment information to identify trends and make recommendations
• Resolve claim processing delays with various payer products
• Overcome barriers to claim payment through concise and effective argument
• Escalate lack of response and/or lack of payment within payer organization
• Work with vendors and other organizations to resolve open accounts receivable
• Identify contract protection that can be leveraged when disputing payment delays

What You Should Have For This Role

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• 2+ years of related experience
