Senior Clerk Typist - Full Time

SENIOR CLERK TYPIST - FULL TIME

12 MONTH POSITION - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

LOCATION: DISTRICT SPECIAL EDUCATION OFFICE

STARTING DATE: April 10, 2023 or As soon as possible

MINIMUM STARTING SALARY: $35,000

DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clerical experience/knowledge
• Detail oriented/Organized
• Civil Service Competitive Class - Must be an eligible candidate on the Civil Service SENIOR CLERK TYPIST list OR eligible for transfer. If not the appointment will be provisional.
• Ability to communicate effectively/cooperatively with others
• Good written and oral communications
• Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education before start of employment (see attached).
• Experience with Google platform preferred
