The Role:

As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the brand's success. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, crafting and implementing brand strategies that align with the core values and resonate with the target audience. Your creative vision and strategic thinking will be crucial in enhancing the brand identity, positioning, and overall market presence.

  • Social Responsibility: Champion commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, infusing these values into brand messaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for brand growth.
  • Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Storytelling: Harness the power of storytelling to connect emotionally with customers and communicate the brand's unique value proposition.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the brands and engage the audience.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that reflect the company's mission, values, and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
  • 6+ years proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role, ideally with a global CPG. Food experience a preference.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment, aligning with the B-Corporation mission.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, able to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
