Senior Associate, Data Science & Analytics

The Senior Associate, Data Science & Analytics assists in implementing a data science-based approach to support key strategic initiatives that ensure the launch and commercial success of Sarepta's current platform and other pipeline products. This position partners with Customer teams to ensure effective and impactful leverage of analytics initiatives. As a member of the Commercial Operations department, this role partner with Field Analytics, Operations, Insights, and Forecasting to coordinate business insights generation and communication.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Drive development of major deliverables such as ROI analyses and pilots/experiments.
• Other related duties as required.
• Enable tracking capabilities that uncover business trends and opportunities that can be realized by the organization.
• Champion and implement advanced data science techniques - including predictive modeling, NLP, network analytics, and promotional response.
• Advise on implementing effective channel strategy and reporting solutions to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to analyze data and synthesize insights - answering a wide range of strategic and tactical commercial questions related to commercial strategies.

Desired Education And Skills

• Creative thinker who can work autonomously and exhibits excellent communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Figma)
• Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated, applied experience with Specialty pharmacy, patient-level claim, and internal hub data as well as segmentation, marketing mix optimization, attribution models.
• Basic experience with Python or R
• New product launch experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years' total work experience in data analytics or data-driven functions, Biopharmaceuticals and/or Rare Disease market experience is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in SQL

This position is remote. However, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
