Job Description

Senior Accountant - $115k-$130k

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual audit and work with external auditors.
  • Assist with stock-based compensation accounting and SOX Compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of external reporting including 10k, 10Q, footnotes and disclosures, tie-out schedules
  • Assist with the month-end/quarter-end close and reporting, general ledger accounting activities
  • Prepare cash flows, and identify/follow up on issues with business partners for timely resolution during the month-end close
  • Provide technical expertise for US GAAP and SEC requirements.
  • Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation


Qualifications

BS in Finance, Accounting or related field.

CPA preferred, Big 4, Public Accounting

2.5-4+ years of experience at Big 4 with public clients
