Here's a Glimpse At What You'll Do

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and other business functions within Lantech to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

• Identify, prioritize and help drive Quality improvement projects as needed.
• Execute process improvements across product related processes, implement Product Management tools as needed and ensure improvements are engrained as standard work.
• Identify, prioritize and help drive Cost reduction opportunities.
• Gather, interpret and use appropriate data from our customers and competition to drive product-based decisions.
• Drive life cycle management; including rationalizing the product offering to simplify the engineering, manufacturing and sales of Lantech products.
• Closely coordinate with key stakeholders with any changes and support their product needs
• Deliver product line financial improvements including Gross Margin, Revenue, and volume targets
• Identify, scope and help implement New Products.

What are We Looking For? (Requirements)

• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
• Self-starter, collaborative, decisive, thinks critically and strategically.
• Min 5 years of professional industry experience

Education & Experience

Bachelors' degree in business or engineering, MBA a plus

Desired Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as a Product Manager within an industrial or consumer-based product field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
