POSITION PROFILE: Monitors the arrivals and departures of guests and team members to and from the property. Conducts regular patrols of the grounds and provides general services to the guests of Pursell Farms. Serves as a welcoming Ambassador to the property. Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: *

• Skills and Abilities: * Great verbal communication skills to share information, provide direction to guests, vendors and others visiting the property. * Displays an upbeat and friendly attitude * Is timely and dependable * Is prepared for the unexpected and respond in a calm and organized manner * Demonstrates honesty, integrity and confidentiality in their words and actions * Ability to work a variety of days and hours including eveningd,weekends and holidays
• Greet all guests arriving at the entrance to the Farm * Have a good working knowledge of the history of the farm to answer guest questions * Contact appropriate department or person to notify them of guest or visitor arrivals * Escort guests to their accommodations after regular business hours * Meet guest requests after hours such as roll away bed requests, towels or general information questions * Serves as the first line of contact and complete any necessary forms in the event of an injury or accident reported on the property * Be familiar with all disaster and emergency plans, policies and procedures. Respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help. Determine the course of action and notify the appropriate authorities. * Secure all entrances and exits after regular business * Review current guest list and golf tee sheet to anticipate the arrival of these guests * Maintain a clean and well organized work area. * Communicate all activities on the property to the guard arriving for the change of shift * Perform all other duties as directed * * DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: * High school graduate or equivalent GED preferred *
