We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Unarmed Security Guard in our Lancaster, TX office and warehouse. The Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In-N-Out Burger complex.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the Lancaster facility and grounds
• Understand all aspects of guard monitoring, such as operating the front gates, foot patrols, monitoring the cameras, understanding the alarm system and emergency procedures
• Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the guard post for all visitors coming to the facility
• Conducted routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol and contingency operations
• Possess good judgment to handle day to day operations
• Screen and log all individuals entering and exiting the complex
• Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
• Provide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times

Work Schedule

• Pay Range $18.45- $20.50 DOE
• Schedule: Five (5) shifts per week; rotation schedule
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)

• Potential to pick up more shifts as needed
• Weekend and Holiday scheduling is required

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work without constant direct supervision
• Level II Guard Card Required (Company will provide training to attain one.)
• Must be able to meet the minimum requirements for state and local licensing and/or site standards as established by the company
• Exhibit excellent customer service and hospitality skills – the Security Guard greets everyone who enters the front gate, and will be responsible for welcoming our guests and visitors with the kindness and friendliness befitting of In-N-Out Burger
• Previous security guard experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Possess strong communication skills
