Security Dispatcher Jobs

Pay rate: 18$/HR - FT

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for handling heavy phone use to contact and schedule employees for callouts by utilizing our employee matrix. The Security Dispatcher will be responsible for updating our online scheduling system, calling sites to check up on personnel, taking messages from employees to relay to management, and performing administrative work.
Responsibilities:

• Capable of covering open posts and effectively managing schedules
• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Ability to maintain accurate routine logs and reports.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
• Able to follow all procedures and protocols consistently
• Understand standard security practices
• Ability to use a computer, enter basic data and perform email functions.
• Good organizational skills.
• Courteous telephone manner.
• Customer service and service delivery orientation.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.

Requirements

• High School graduate (some college education is preferred).
• Must have at least one year of previous experience in security dispatching and managing multiple schedules or as a Security Manager
• Must have good decision-making skills
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule which is subject to change to include afternoon and night shifts
• Valiant software experience preferred
