Dedham MA - Remote
The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Security Analyst to join a growing healthcare technology start up firm located in Dedham MA. This is a full-time position that can be 100% remote, but must be able to work EST hours. Responsibilities/Duties
  • Account management – Creation of new accounts to assigning roles and licenses
  • Respond to phishing email validation requests.
  • End Point Security - Monitoring and Management.
  • IT Access Requests – Maintain and facilitate access to systems.
  • IT Security Support – Hardening of systems and monitoring.
  • Technical documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience
  • Experience with security software and tools
  • 2+ years of help desk/Security experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of various security solutions, such as anti-virus, endpoint protection, and network protection solutions and use cases
