Seasonal Park Aide Jobs

Clallam County is hiring seasonal employees to perform a variety of work in parks and facilities maintenance on a seasonal basis. Typically scheduled 40 hours per week, these positions generally work April through October; however, the duration of the season and job conditions vary by each park and facility location. Individuals must be flexible in weekends and holiday work schedules.

Seasonal duties may include custodial tasks in county buildings and Department facilities including sweeping, raking, cleaning campsites, litter patrol, mowing, trimming, weeding, etc. Depending on the assignment, the seasonal park aid may perform essential horticultural, agricultural, arboricultural, or recreational duties; perform routine cleaning and sanitation of park facilities; respond to emergencies; respond to questions or inquiries from the public; and/or record keeping.
