What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

  • We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.

  • 2 + years of service industry experience prefera bly in a luxury hospitality env ironment
  • They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.

What would my job responsibilities be?

Using your genuine and authentic personality you will be checking in guests . Understanding people’s situations and feelings and taking actions to make it the best experience ever.

  • Is a brave problem solver in all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc..
  • Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, with full awareness and compassion of any issues during the stay.
  • Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff. Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator.
  • Mobile Position requiring movement behind the desk and within the hotel.
  • Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
  • A committed team player
  • Continuous standing for entire shift.
