SDET QA Engineer

Boca Raton, FL or Bethesda, MD


Total Wine & More is seeking a highly skilled SDET QA Engineer to join our digital/e-commerce team in Boca Raton, FL or Bethesda, MD.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our features by designing, developing, and executing manual and automated tests. The SDET QA Engineer will work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners and engineers to understand functional requirements. This individual will work collaboratively with other QA Engineers and engineers to share best practices and standardize techniques across the web and mobile teams. This position will report into the Sr. Engineering Manager.

You will

  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug defects.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify and report defects.
  • Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data and automated scripts.
  • Test automation using test automation tools (Selenium/Appium with Cucumber).
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for both the frontend and backend of software systems.
  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

You will come with

  • 4+ years of experience with automation testing with Selenium/Appium with Cucumber
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Agile experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with mobile app automated testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
