The scrum master’s responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meeting and decision-making processes, eliminating team impediments, and ensuring successful on-time deliver of new products.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Tactically identify impediments and blockers, track and help remove them accordingly.
• Coach development teams in self-organization.
• Drive sprint and project on-time delivery with best-in-case Agile tools for planning and execution.
• Add business value by assisting scrum teams in the use and adoption of Agile practices.
• Lead multiple global cross functional teams on various projects in using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

• 5+ years delivering software solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Knowledge and experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games
• Experience in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization etc.
• Experience and ability to effectively interact within various levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Experience in aiding teams by removing roadblocks, caching potential issues early and helping teams pivot as needed to support the delivery of business value
• Knowledge of software system development life cycle
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Innovative self-starter with a passion to help team embrace Agile.
