As the School Director, you will have the opportunity to support the tone and culture of your school.. You will inspire teachers to implement high-quality Montessori + STEM curriculum in each classroom while managing the school’s day-to-day operations. Your role as School Director will be to build strong partnerships with staff and families at your school. You will nurture each child’s individual development, and pave the way for success in school and life. Responsibilities:

• Fulfill different responsibilities based upon the needs and daily operations of the school
• Conduct the daily responsibilities of operating the school, including guiding the school team, and communicating with parents
• Manage, train, and coach teachers
• Proactively communicate with families, clients, staff, and licensing to provide exemplary customer service
• Build and maintain an inclusive environment for children, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Montessori experience preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
• At least 3-5 years of school supervisory experience in a high-quality program required
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field
• At least five years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children required
• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
