School Counselor At Kenwood Elementary - Eligible For Sign-On Incentive

Expanding program to provide services at more schools! **This position is eligible for a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus** CDAC is seeking master's level clinicians to deliver counseling services to students in a public school setting to build resiliency in youth facing multiple risk factors, so they may lead healthy, productive, drug and violence free lives. The counselor works to provide individual and/or group support to students using evidence-based curricula and counseling theories and techniques. Position available in Okaloosa County at Kenwood Elementary. The positions require a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with individual and group support services/counseling experience, preferably within a school-based setting. This is a permanent full-time position with a 10-month schedule, which follows the school calendar. School holidays and breaks are observed, including summer break. The salary is $36,000 annually, based on the 10-month schedule (for 1600 actual hours worked per year). You will not need to reapply each year to continue employment. CDAC provides annual performance-based supplements at the end of the fiscal year and a culture that supports professional growth and development.
