The IMA Group is seeking to hire a full time Scheduler to join our staff in St. Mary's. The ideal candidate is a team player who is excellent at multi-tasking, is detail-oriented and has strong operational skills.

*Previous high-volume call center experience a must!*

Specific Duties And Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To-

• Providing appointment information to IMA offices.
• Entering, scheduling and logging appointment information.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Monitoring both electronic and manual methods to obtain requests for exams.
• Professionally handling potential new client calls.
• Maintaining effective communication with office staff, clients and their recipients.
• Rescheduling appointments per client protocol.
• Monitoring web scheduling system.

EDUCATION

• Preferred - Associate degree
• Required - High School diploma

Experience

• Required- One year of scheduling and one year of medical office experience
• Preferred- Knowledge of medical terminology, 2-4 years scheduling experience
