Overview
Provides premier customer service to the distribution points / warehouses in Pepsi Bottling Network for all Copack Brands. Role is responsible for executing all aspects of Order Management, Order Entry Process/System, and SKU-DC Transitions. Monitors and proactively manages all DC inventory positions, production, and transfers. Ensure correct timing and quantity of replenishment moves to cover orders by collaborating with Supply Planning. Also, works with Logistics to ensure proper execution of freight moves.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Order Accuracy
- Manage order execution for aging inventory by obtaining customer acceptance and working with DCs to ship aging lot code against the
- Address new innovations in a cross functional team (in conjunction with demand planners/supply planners/ and Brands).
- Notify customers of the outcome of research and decision i.e., new product delivery date (diversion), delivery delays and provide support for building incomplete orders into full truck loads.
- Handle all Inbound Calls
- Divert orders to other sourcing locations, when necessary, via coordinating with PBA analysts, DCs and Freight Management
- Partner with the Supply Planners
- Manage Product Supply, research and decide if product unavailability requires holding or diverting the entire order
- Execute Back Order Elimination efforts according to policy and provide support for Postponed Replenishment efforts.
- Clear incomplete orders from SAP to keep loads moving
- Issue Credits/Debits
- Serve as mentor for all new team members
- Track all late open orders, work with DCs on recovery, update Order Comments and communicate to customers so they are informed.
- Improve communication around product availability to fill as many orders as completely as possible.
- Coordinate all Quality Issues for product returns
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 -$83,150 based on a full-time schedule

- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Increase workload from G to DSD moving to Mixing Centers for Franchise
Qualifications
- SAP experience preferred
- BA Strongly preferred but would consider equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal/external relations
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
