We are seeking a Sanitation Technician to become the newest member of our Maine Fair Trade Lobster – Sanitation Team. The position will be based out of our Maine Fair Trade Lobster Facility located in beautiful Prospect Harbor, Maine.

You will beresponsible for ensuring that all sanitation standards are met and in compliance with documented processes and procedures established in conjunction with our Food Safety requirements.

As the Sanitation Technician, a typical day might include the following:

• Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds sanitation requirements
• Maintaining the facility in a clean and sanitary manner
• Cleaning & Sanitation of seafood processing equipment according to established written procedures

This Job Might Be For You If

• You have the ability/inclination to work an overnight shift.
• You pay attention to the details. Ensuring a clean facility allows us to provide safe food to others!
• To perform this job successfully, you must be able to stand for long periods of time in a wet and cold environment.
