Looking for a Salon Manager who is passionate about coloring and cutting hair. Willing to lead the team in our guest service system. Creating a positive environment that promotes growth and team work.

Responsibilities

Team member goal setting

Coaching and developing team members

Behind the chair with clients

Driving retail sales

Recruiting new stylists and training

Creating effective schedules that meet the needs of the business.

Inventory for the salon

Qualifications

Utah Cosmetology License

1-2 years of management experience

Technical qualifications

Willing to learn and being open to new ideas
