BIOTRONIK is currently looking for a SalesForce Developer to collaborate with our new BIOTRONIK Neuromodulation (NRO) business unit. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Salesforce platform extension for an exciting new product/service - as it scales up with significant growth targets. You will work as part of our US site and help design, build, test and roll out modern solutions in a dynamic and exciting environment. You will directly interact with business analysts, functional analysts, and project managers to drive the functional enhancements of our SalesForce HealthCloud platform.


Your Responsibilities

  • Technical subject matter expert towards functional analysts, business analysts and others
  • Manage development pipeline and provide guidance to external development resources
  • Technical review of solutions, incl. architecture review, code-review re-factoring activities
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting
  • Support business cases and influence key decision makers (on IT and business side) towards best practices
  • Conceptualization, design, and implementation of new solutions (incl. Salesforce integrations and API’s)

Your Profile

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce enhancement methodologies
  • Implementation experience with Salesforce API’s, using REST/JSON, SOAP, JWT, OAuth and other standards
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tool chains and DevOps concepts
  • Supported large enterprise applications in global environments (multi-language, multi-currency)
  • Understanding of current security concepts (encryption standards, key management, MFA, etc.)
  • 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development and technical experience
  • BA or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership in joint application design sessions and agile projects


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Salesforce developer or technical certifications are a big plus
  • Ability to analyze business processes and data flows across the systems landscape
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and data management aspects in modern cloud applications
  • Ability to understand business problems and articulate systems solution design to technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience working in distributed teams in different time zones

Work Location

Work location is hybrid out of our Lake Oswego, Oregon campus -or- remote within the United States based on skill set and qualifications.
