Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Cabinetry Sales Coordinator. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consists of multi-year communities. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Placement, tracking, and reviewing of part orders and service materials in the system.
• Proactively communicate with Designers, Field, and Operations to find best practices relating to the Cabinet Ordering process.
• Tracking, and assist in resolving invoices discrepancies.
• Create Invoices for Installation quotes and cost worksheets for sales.
• Be knowledgeable and familiar with Cabinetry and Appliances manufacturer specification manuals.
• Prepare invoice paperwork for customers.
• Attain and review appliance specs for Installation guidelines.
• Assist in resolving day to day problems with Designers, Field, and Operations.
• Review and interpret 20/20 drawings and convert to Sales Order.
• Discuss product issues with customer and assist in resolving.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience in the cabinet or construction industry is preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath designs.
• Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
• Prior customer service experience highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
